so many meds (not just for quitting smoking) need a med to make them tolerable...years ago I had to take meds for my meds and then I couldn't function...was scary for me and for my kids...they thought mommy was on drugs! And in a way I was just not the ones they thought. I would be in pain for med 1 so I would take med 2 but then I was a walking zombie so the dr wanted me to take a third med...it was awful so I quit taking med 1 and stated an herbal regimen. So glad that it worked out and 15 years later I control my health stuff with out a ton of man made chemicals

Exactly. I also try to stay as med free as possible and find natural solutions to help with problems. Heck, I don't even like to take over the counter pain meds!
