Even though the diketone levels aren't even close to obnoxious, I'd endeavor to rework the flavors that are highest IN MY LINE. Bottom line is, I think I can make a better Frenilla *AND* lower the diketone count... but, the recipe would change. Of course some people will linger over the old one, but - it wouldn't be responsible of me to NOT make a reasonable effort to get those numbers down - ESPECIALLY if I think I can make a better liquid with less diketones! Katy and I are challenging ourselves to stay ahead of the game.

I'm not even going to attempt to replicate it - it's going to change dramatically. It's like the non-fat milk - it will never taste like whole milk because it's not whole milk. My problem is that it's so darned good, I could care less about the numbers personally.
