RDA Which RDA for a beginner?

I have a dripping noob, never wicked or built a coil before, but its probably time I learn. I want to take advantage of the fasttech sale and pick myself up some stuff. I have everything I think I need in the cart (ohm meter, coil, tweezers, jig tool, snippers, cotton) but want a couple suggestions on the rda itself. Currently I have a Sapor in the cart. It says its authentic but I dont really care as long as its good/safe, any other suggestions that might be as good or better?

Mutation x... any version. Cheap, big build deck, and the ability to run huge airflow or rather tight airflow, can run single or dual setups. I have a v1 and v4.

ditto on the mutX (v3 or v4, id avoid v1 and v2). The authenics are cheap
Velocity by Tobeco (clone) also a nice one to try. Good deck to work on

I learned to buld on a tugboat and a derringer from fasttech. Today I use an SV clone from fasttech exclusively. It's a bit fiddly to build on but has the best flavor by far and with a recently discovered fasttech anti slip ring can be pretty much leak proof in my pocket.

The Sapor is a good place to start.

I would stump for the Twisted Messes or 13 Heavens as a good place to start with building RDA's.

Master the 4 post design before you move onto 2/3

Both are a good price high performing RDAs with a nice build deck and minimal issues.

Shy away from anything with bottom airflow for the time being. You want to focus more on building and wicking instead of dealing with leaks.

I ended up just sticking with the Sapor. Might try others depending how it goes with it
