I guess you must've missed these posts back when he actually passed away... (Oct. 2014)

British musician Jack Bruce, best known as the bassist from the 1960s group Cream, has died. He was 71.

Oh no Redd, I did not hear this yet and I love Jack Bruce with the Cream and all! Another great one gone but the legacy will never die! {{{hugs}}}

OMG!! I hadn't heard the news... I am shocked and saddened by the loss. R.I.P. Jack

Although he was better known for his work as a bassist, he was quite an accomplished musician and composer.

some of the members of which he later joined to form 'West, Bruce and Laing'.​
