My father was on the path of increasing medications...
And was getting worse and worse.

Finally I insisted on removing medications instead of adding more and more.
And he is getting better and better by the day.

That's pretty much all I have to say about that.

My DR has the same attitude as yours OP. I found this article and plan to show him this on my next visit. It's the best article I've read on the subject.

I have an update. Just visited my DR who is a "just as bad as cigarettes" thinker. I brought a copy of this article and the first thing he did was to go to the last page to see who this DR was affiliated with and who he is representing. When he see's his credentials he becomes very interested. And actually starts reading it. He then ask's if he can have it to read and I say that's why I brought it. I think I may have got him interested in seeing another side of things concerning what to tell patients about vaping.

Knowledgeable Doctors with common sense don't tell their patients that vaping will lead to popcorn lung or pulmonary fibrosis...as far as I know there hasn't been one report linking vaping to of either one of these things , maybe your doctor owns some big tobacco stock.
