From what I'm understanding, this is as bad as what was passed in Indiana.

"This is the kind of crap I would expect from Democrats not Republicans and
not in my home state. Since Georgia has the third lowest cigarette tax in
the nation I was actually hoping for pro vaping legislation in the same
spirit as Tom Cole's HB2058 at the federal level."

Looks like the bill has been reduced to 3 pages from its original lengthy state. I understand that vapers and vape shop owners attended a meeting with the originators of HB907 and the removed portions were a result of their meeting.

When might us mere peons expect to see the revised bill? Received a reply from my state rep over the weekend and would like to see it to know how to answer. I think that he had only seen the original version... The wording plus the timing leads me to believe it was not a form letter by a staffer.
