I did not know he ever did that, I also prefer a anodized finish, or just raw. In the old thread I remember several colors, I just don't remember, I started reading that first thread, but stopped around 700 pages, it has 10,000 pages.

Miss seeing more anodized colors like there used to be. But I also know the losses in flawed finishes can be very costly for Rob.

Overall I'm a no-finish kind of guy, I love bare metal. But there's just somethin' about that hammertone...

I recall hearing hammertone is the most durable finish, is that true? (seems to be in my experience, my hammertone shows no signs of wear whereas my black wrinkle was chipping)

Sloth, I'm pretty sure you're correct about Hammertone being the most durable finish. It looks great too.

Now that I have a coppervein Grand, I can tell you that pics do not do this finish justice. It's exceptional.

Black & Brass, Black & Silver Wrinkle, Black and Metallic Purple, Metallic Purple....
and about six different Woodvils.
I was thinking maybe a bright color. Metallic Blue, or maybe Red. Possibly even a White or one of these oddball 'new fangled' colors. What is a 'Fucia', anyways ?
Once the pictures are up, it'll be decision time.

I recommend that everyone order the wildest, craziest, brightest, shiniest colors available. Maybe that way, the more basic black/hammertone mods will still be available after I finish wringing my hands.
