currently using FA pineapple 10% and FW coconut 5% and it doesnt taste like anything. I let it steep for two days

Try letting it steep for a week or two, also sack it once or twice a day, and then give it a shot. If that doesn't work try upping the % by 2 on both of them.

10% is pretty high for Flavourart Pineapple. Too much of a flavor can actually cause a muting effect. Dial the pineapple down to 3% you should get the desired results. Also FA pineapple is more of a fresh pineapple flavor so it's not going to be overly sweet like a Pina colada. Try adding 0.5 to 1% of FA Pear to help sweeten.
