On the Twitter i read a "fact" about e-cigarette vapour - published by VAEP - vaping Advocacy and Education Project:
"Vapour is 70 - 90% water. We breathe in water all the time; it's called humidity."
This claim was made by Zhang Y., Sumner W. and Chen D. in 2013 - In vitro particules size distributions in electronic and conventional cigarette aerosols suggest comparable depositions patterns.
How is e-cigarette vapour at most water vapour? I don't understand this. Main ingredient in e-liquid is PG or VG, how is then water vapour?
