This device is the bomb; ease of use, leak proof design, compact size, decent vapor production and did I mention ease of use? All for well under $30.00.
I can agree that the flavor is not as amazing as some atomizers on the market today. For me, this is my stealth vape though, so I do not expect the supreme flavor or giant clouds that I expect from other devices. All I need for my Ego AIO to do is get me through times when I need something small and pocket-sized.
What kind of battery do you have? Personally I will always tell people that I get my best flavor from a 1.0 ohm coil at 4.2 volts. Usually I rebuild but when I'm not rebuilding, I still get my best flavor from a subtank nano with a 1.2ohm coil or 1.5ohm coil or a cubis with the ss 1.0ohm coil. Have you tried the 1.0 in your AIO?
