Cupboards are fine. But hubby needs meat and potatoes.But not chicken. They had the globe grapes had to have some there a favorite. A few different kinds of lettuce. Nothing exciting. Same o same o.

Hubby and I did a major cleaning over haul in Morgan's room today. We didn't finish but there's not much left to do.

I had a yummy zaxbys buffalo chicken salad for dinner. MMMMMM!

Drott, how's Abbie today?

Mr. V is figuring out how to change the ramp for his gimpy girls. He's been carrying them in every night.

Yes, you are correct. Cleaning either kids rooms is dreadful. It needed a major over haul. I'm working on the closet today. You can't even close the closet door for all the stuff on the floor.

Abbie's the same. Hate to think about it but it looks like big needle time. Abbie's 12 or more years old we had Abbie since she was 3 years old. I get hopeful every time she takes a bite of food but that's like every other day. I've been dissolving the antibiotics in water or broth and use a syringe to get them into her. I have no idea if she's in pain. Abbie has been losing weight just wants to be left alone.
I'm Still hoping. Monday I call the vet back to report on her progress. Time to women-up and make a decision.

Oh and good morning. Suns out no rain in forecast till this evening. So going to try and rearrange the storage side of the coop and move the 3 ducklings out.

Mr. V is building his gimpy accessible ramp. If they can't manage it we'll have two less duckies. I took out Mr. Pita Drake and put him by himself for now, and added the chickens. One thinks she needs to peck ducks. If she's still doing it later, she'll meet the axe. Enough already.

Drott, what does it mean when my muscovies reach their necks way up and act like they are biting the air?

Like this? Mine do it all the time. Soo funny. Sometimes when their in with new ducks chicks.

It can also be a mating ritual. Like chickens One of the hens play the male role. I have 4 chickens that look like they need a saddle and one that's looking good. So we know which one is playing rooster.

Mine do that head bobbing thing, but they also put their bills straight up in the air and stand there kind of snapping their bills. It's the oddest thing I've ever seen. Three do it at a time, the fourth just watches.

Rainy, cold, windy, Mr. V out landscaping the duck run so that there is less slope for the gimps. He already rebuilt the ramp and hauled in a few wheelbarrows of dirt. Victor and I are hiding in the warm hut.
