mmmnnn, canaloupe 'Ritas are amazing!!

Hot humid day, but got my tie rods in. Still more work to do, and the old Turbo will be in fine shape.

Looks like possible Tstorms at Indy tomorrow. Interesting for strategies. I can't wait. For me, it's the Superbowl!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying a delicious fun and safe Holiday.

:)

...
Back home again in Indiana,
And it seems that I can see
The gleaming candle light, still shining bright,
Through the Sycamores for me.
The new-mowed hay sends all its fragrance
From the fields I used to roam.
When I dream about the moonlight on the Wabash
Then I long for my Indiana home.

Oh, well. No one saw this kid coming. And if the race was another .25 mile???
But not bad. Munoz was second, Newgarden was third, and Helio was 11th. All led some laps. It was a very exciting last few laps, as drivers were forced to pit for a splash. Even Pippa Mann, the only female in the race, looked good getting up to 6th or 5th, but a half gallon short.

Great race!!!!!

Diva, you know about Splash and Go, right?

Good Tuesday but feels like Monday Morning.

A great weekend. Rain didn't play a part here, but humidity sure did.

Sunday was a grilled Turkey. The Mrs spatchcocked the bird, then a bit of seasoning and on the grill it went, indirect heat for about an hour 40 minutes. No flip, no fuss, just pefect crisp skin and juicy. Great! A 12lb in under 2 hours. Now lots of leftovers for sandwiches.
Last night did a rack-o-ribs. Not my best, but still yummy.

I love warm Holidays!!!

:)

It's like a Friday here... Friday the Thirteenth!!

Major computer glitch. Actually, minor glitch. Major Effing error by the IT guy to fix it.

I'll wager real companies don't have these self-inflicted problems.

In 15 minutes, I'm high-tailing and fetching meself another canaloupe Margarita, sans canaloupe!!!!
