The blinking light means the coil isn't making contact at the bottom of the tank. If you over-tightened the coil when you screwed it into the top cap, it may be too short to reach, try loosing it a bit and see if it begins working. On the flooding, when the top cap is screwed on after refilling the tank, the air pressure inside of the tank forces e-liquid into the coil and floods the heck out of it.
Remove the top, blow out the excess and try holding your finger over the drip tip blocking the drip tip hole when you screw the top back onto the tank. Seems to work for me.
Going to try the blocking of the drip tip hole and see if that helps...will add it to the tips and tricks of the AIO.
guy told me from joyetech direct to suck hard to clear it(get vape juice in mouth its ok, well not to me, he said this), blow back in the tip to force excess juice out(seemingly works good), or take it apart and blow the juice out(also helps but then you risk reflooding it screwing it back together and the pressure working the juice back into the coil)
