I don't know, but is Confusion at Backwoods Blends maybe like Conundrum. Some of the old BWB flavors can be found there at the new site with different names.

I see that there is a Jester there. Maybe a joker.

I just placed an orders through Backwoods Brew. I would also like to place an order through Backwoods Blends, but it seems the website security certificate has expired for Backwoods Blends. Can't order or even contact as my computer won't let me as the site is not secure.

I see the certificate expired 21 Aug.

But Firefox gives an option to add an exception after clicking advanced to see the error details.

Thanks ST Dog. I see that. By clicking 'advanced', I can probably check out, but I don't want to put my cc info out there with the security certificate expired. Presumably, she's received notices that her certificate has expired. Hopefully she renews soon. I order from both her and Don.

Personal choice of course.

In this case, it's just not renewing the cert with the issuing authority, in other words a money thing. Only got a 1 year cert, I assume to see how business went. (Why pay for multiple years if you don't know you'll be around that long)

The FDA crap could factor into renewal too.

It's still as secure a connection as it was on 20 Aug.

Now, if it's not corrected in a few months, there may be cause for concern, but not after just a few days.

I wouldn't be so sure she is aware, or knows how to fix it.

I always look at the issues, especially the dates.

A lot of commerce sites are "run" buy less than tech savvy people and thing get forgotten. Likely got an email about the expiring cert, but then with all the new stuff going on it was forgotten.

I'm guilty too. I'll get a notice about something 2-3 weeks out, tell myself to deal with it later, then never get back. Well, until my wife calls complaining about what ever I forgot to do...
