What's your 2 cents on the FDA's ruling on the vaping industry?

Hi everyone,
I started this thread to talk with ppl and here there thought's on the FDA regulations they came out with yesterday (5/5/16). I honestly can not believe how hard they came down with there regulation in my opinion its bull crap!! This is going to hurt so many ppl in this country.

Well I know its hard to say anything now, I really hope its not a bad as we all think this might be. There is a lot going on and its going to take some time to truly figure out how this will all unfold.

We talked about this a few weeks ago, but I still think it's absolutely terrifying. :-/ they have no idea what kind of Pandora's box they are opening by trying to over-regulate an industry that has been a great societal example/experiment in self-regulation.

Zenclouds you are absolutely right about everything you said. The vape industry itself has done a great job self regulating sense the beginning. To me its disgraceful what they are doing. I looked up the statistics of how many ppl die world wide something like 5,000,000 ppl world wide die every year with close to 600,000 ppl die from second hand smoke alone. vaping in my opinion if it truley is over 90% safer then smoking. Has the potential to save as much as 4 million ppl globally. It truly turns my stomach to see how greedy and corrupt our governments are. They no longer care about the health and safety of there citizens, they only care about how much revenue they can take from us. This is all my personal opinion and may not be shared by everyone.

Has any one heard anything about that lawsuit against the FDA that was supposed to take place mid October? I think it was some juice manufacturers and Vapor shark
