xcube ultra upgrade problem

hi, i bought a xcube ultra yesterday.when i sync it with vaping tour app warn me about new upgrade and i upgrade it via ota.at the end of the process i cannot turn it on.and i still cant how hard i try.what should i do

Have you tried updating it manually through the USB cable? It's not very difficult, and that may fix your issue.
