FDA Regulation of electronic cigarettes is now in effect, and that means some changes for our customers. The Vapor Room is still committed to providing the best quality products and top notch customer service while operating within the confines of the FDA Regulation. Here is a brief rundown of the August 8th FDA Regulations and what it means for you regarding 6ml samples and first time customer samples:

-No Free Samples

Under the new FDA Rules, no free samples are allowed. The Vapor Room has come up with a solution to allow our customers to continue to receive 6ml samples with every order. This sample is now called the “Fifty Cent 6ml” and it is in the “Sales and Free Stuff” section. You must add this product to your cart with each transaction in order to receive the sample. Requests for free 6ml samples in the comments section will no longer be honored. Requests for more than one sample per order will be removed and additional samples will be cancelled and refunded. The Fifty Cent 6ml is limited to one per transaction and another regular item (not a sample) must be purchased in order to quality.

This free sampling prohibition also applies to First Time 15mls. In order to receive a first time customer 15ml, please select the “First Time Customer’s 15ml” in the “Sales and Deals” section of the website. This product can be added to your cart with the purchase of any other item. You must purchase another regular item (not a sample) to qualify for the discounted bottle. Offer is valid for first time Vapor Room customers only. Only one 15ml bottle per order. Any additional bottles, or bottles for non-qualifying customers will be cancelled. First time discounted bottle applies to Ginger’s USA Blends only.

The Save A Friend 15ml bottles will be replaced with a coupon code that works as a gift certificate for a discount off of your order. Please look for more details about this policy in the near future.
