laisimo l3 ,the screen started to flicker then froze , i couldnt change the settings ,it would only turn on and off could not get into the menu, tried to update the settigs using the laisimo download from pc , now the screen wont even turn on ,any help would be great

Welcome and glad you joined. Could also try three additional avenues of inquiry:
Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
With so many mods out there, not many folks (me included) are not familiar with this mod.
Might want to try the search function in upper right hand corner of this post. Could type in "programming mod problem", "screen froze/frozen" etc..

I don't know the device(it looks like it has some cool features from looking it up)... but from my tech support background... either the software or the chip itself has failed. you could try a full reboot by removing the batteries and waiting 30 seconds before replacing them... otherwise everything that bro bob says.
