Public health agencies have issued dozens of fearmongering reports about burns from exploding e-cig batteries, but have failed to highlight (or even report) that cigarette burns have declined significantly, and that combined burns (and especially burn deaths) from smoking+vaping have significantly declined in past 7 years.
I have to give MPR (Minnesota Public Radio)kudos for reporting
this. I cannot find a single other local news service that covered this.
