Nice, I was thinking that this would/could be a secondary effect of more people vaping.

Yes, and it sure is curious that national statistics seem to end just as vaping took off. Almost as if they do not want anyone to know the truth.

Public health agencies have issued dozens of fearmongering reports about burns from exploding e-cig batteries, but have failed to highlight (or even report) that cigarette burns have declined significantly, and that combined burns (and especially burn deaths) from smoking+vaping have significantly declined in past 7 years.
