There was high humidity today so that didn't help any with the arthritis in my leg. I went ahead and made myself do some time on the elliptical and some weights. It really does help.
Good morning. I don't have any wood to haul so I guess I'll stick with the treadmill and elliptical. Since I turned 46, I have been less and less motivated to do any kind of distance running. Lately I have just been doing intervals on the the treadmill. November through January is a really tough time for me to stick with the workouts and I tend to put on 5-7 pounds. I'm hoping to take it back off.
The elliptical just doesn't get my heart rate up as high as the treadmill. I usually get up to 150-160 on the treadmill but checked after ten minutes on the elliptical and was just at 119.
Good Morning. Now I remember Fran, you had mentioned that a few years ago. Well Ms PT just landed in Madrid, she now gets to take the high speed train back home. Should be here around 2:30 pm.
