@MidwestGuy Wiha makes good driver sets. Not cheap and they don't usually come with pouches/cases but they make pouches you can buy separately. Similarly priced as the one posted above by @markfm

edit: I got my drivers and pouches on amazon

Thanks! That brand is what I have now, albeit a single one that worked well on all my other tanks.
I feel the same about being able to 'work' with a tool as opposed to working around a tool.

Yup. Although I guess it depends on the set. The one I posted comes with all sorts of goodies, including a specialty one for an iPhone. I like it because it's a longer reach and easier to turn than an allen key, and keeps my hand out of the build area so I can position the coil on a mandrel without bumping into each other.

Which size fits the OBS Nano grubs?

I don't have a nano but the 1.3 hex fits the regular. Also fits just about all my other hex grub screws on other tanks.

The ones on the Nano are larger than the ones on the standard Engine. Or the Supreme for that matter.

Got my Engine yesterday so with limited use I'll say it produces very good flavor but I don't think it will dethrone my Aromamizer Supreme as the flavor king.

I'm finding the best flavor with the coil as high as possible so far. I tried the coil in a lower position and got some harsh tasting hits.

That's how I do it and get good results.
Not from experimentation, just have always been a high on the post kind of guy.

I've always found the best flavor with my coils close to the air hole when the hole is under the coil. Having the air holes on the sides change that theory...

Needless to say that no package was delivered at 10:30PM on a Sunday night...and no package was delivered today. It seems impossible to find out what courier SF Express uses locally. No tracking on USPS or any other US carrier.

It's always my luck...a package travels 3/4 of the way around the world, only to disappear when it hits the city limits. By the time 3f gets back from the holiday, that package will be long gone. Did pay through Paypal...maybe I can recoup the $$$.

I was always told that the Merlin Minis were not good for MTL. What is the truth about those? I have the regular Merlins and I had to modify them to get them to be good MTL tanks.

I have the Goblin Mini V3's and they are barely MTL tanks. I have to close them 100% to get some restriction.

These Engine Nano's can be closed to almost air tight. They are GREAT MTL tanks.

I rolled up a small piece of SS mesh and stuck it down the air hole. These Merlins are my #2's

Merlin mini comes with a 1.5mm airflow insert. Should go a long way to mtl.

Everything I've read is that it's a 2.4 on the standard merlin.

It is 2.4 mm, but the give you a 1.5 mm restrictor you can insert to reduce that.

The Merlin RTA by Augvape utilizes a single sided 2 Post Velocity Style Deck and is designed for single or stacked dual coil configurations. A 3.5mm airflow hole resides directly underneath the coil for maximum flavor output and can be reduced to a 2.4mm airflow hole by utilizing the included Stainless Steel insert.
