I've had this charger for a little while now. I chose it because I wanted to be able to test the health of my batteries. So I can get rid of batteries that are getting too old.
This is a 4 port charger and does a lot.
It auto-detects and charges 4.2V Li-ion, Ni-MH/Ni-Cd (1.48V) batteries. It can also charge 4.35 Li-ion and LiFePO4 (3.6V) batteries. But, the latter 2 have to be set manually.
It can charge just about any size imaginable, anywhere from 10440 to 26650.
I really like this charger. It works very well and very efficiently. I especially really love the fact that I can test the internal resistance of my batteries and weed out any that are getting a little worn out.

- It charges (with a digital read out letting you know the status of each battery's charge).
- It tests the health of your batteries by testing internal resistance. Only in port 4, so just one battery at a time. But, that's all it takes.
- It's supposed to salvage batteries that have dropped to a too low voltage. I have't tested this part yet.
