I won and I paid some shipping fee they insisted on charging a while ago. No shipping information was ever sent, and they have not responded whatsoever to several e-mails.
I am disappointed that ECF is not doing anything about this matter. Vaping.com held a contest, announced winners, then charged a shipping fee to the winners. They never sent anything whatsoever, and the refuse to respond to e-mails.
I called vaping.com on April 6 and spoke to someone who then emailed me a tracking number, which I have been monitoring. It says it left China on 4/7/17, but has not updated since then. I'm wondering what's going on as well.
I just contacted support at vaping.com and received a quick reply:
I do apologize for how long this has been taking. As stated prior the items are shipping directly from SMOK which is why there has been such a lengthy amount of time between when the orders were placed and when they are arriving. I have had a couple customers email me between last week and this week stating that they just received their prizes so you may be getting yours soon.
Good customer service on the part of vaping.com. Now, we just need to see if and when Smok gets the prizes in our hands.
