The Panasonic's won't work for vaping. Here's Mooch's latest recommended list. Any battery on there that tests out at 20A should be more than sufficient for you.

I vape in that same range. And after a little research i found that vtc6, Samsung 30q and lg hg2 have been rated top 3 by MOOCH in one of the posts. These three are the best but if you don't wanna go with these 3 for any reason then as @Eskie suggested any battery with 20A should be good.

Hi, looking for much capacity 18650 for vaping at 30-45W. I was thinking about Samsung 35E, panasonic 3300mah, and panasonic 3500mah. But you can recommend me other :)

For 45watts you need at least 15 -16amps on a single battery mod, the Panasonics will not work for that. Highest capacity and best amp discharge for your needs are these 3

Samsung 30Q (3000mah 20amp CDR)
Sony VTC6 (3000mah 19amp CDR)
LG HG2 (3000mah 18amp CDR)

I'm sure I'll spot the next list of Mooch six months after he releases it. A new one might even have the 20700s on it, if only there was more than one mod that used them.
yeah, I was drooling over that 4000 mah on those until I noticed oops, that's a fat one there, haha

so if I understand this correctly then the LG HD2 would be the batteries I would want for a Joyetech eVic Primo 2.0?

It would depend on how you vape. The Samsung 30Q, LG HG2 and Sony VTC 6 are probably the most popular batteries as they have the highest capacity of batteries suitable for vaping, but you do need to limit yourself to around 100 - 110 W with a dual battery mod. If you sometimes go up to 140 W or so, then the LG HD2 would work for you as would the Sony VTC5A (note the 'A' - without it it's a different battery). If you want to go to 170 W you'll need to look at the 30 A batteries, and if you want to go over that you'll need to get a 3 or 4 battery mod because there aren't any 18650s that can safely supply that much power.

Here's an explanation of how to calculate the CDR you'll need for a given wattage:

See now that is the part that has me a bit confused Joyetech says to use 25A batteries and the mod is rated at 228 W not that I think I will go that high I mean, right now I use an Eleaf Ijust 2 and if I use the tank from that one the eVic then I am looking at around 80 W but the kit that is coming has the ProCore Aries which tops out at 130W. I don't see any day I would try and go over that but what if I do want to? I don't want my mod to go boom I have enough metal in my body as is. So much simpler when I smoked got zippo all good but thanks for helping to clear some of this up.
