That's the way to do it! Rock on!Another night of insomnia.....just about the time I was almost asleep.....people upstairs started playing Call of Duty....or some such....Boom!! Boom!! Boom!!, so....got up, put my blue jeans on...put my favorite house cleaning music on and cranked it up....
Apartment is vacuumed. kitchen and bathroom mopped, dancing my way through my apartment dusting and shining .... The music is still playing (loud) and I'm still going...
Netflix has 6 seasons of Doc Martin. I had never heard about it before. Now, thanks to all of you, I checked it out and like it. Already over halfway through season 2.

Hopefully better than the Office remake. Ours was fine but theirs was great imo.
I think that when they film in Europe, they focus on different things than Hollywood and the acting is different.
I don't think that Hollywood could have pulled off Monty Python.
On Wednesday I see the chiropractor. His office specializes in hard-to treat cases. Then in the middle of July I will have an appt with rehab specialist, for more care planning. I expect injections, and a brace for my right foot, and probably more physical therapy and hiking poles so I can walk further without pain and exhaustion. Based on what I have read on the diagnostic reports, my problems in my lower back are too complex and long-standing (read previously untreated) for surgery to make much difference.

Thanks Mike. You know whats been going thru my head lately. I'm going to try to get an answer asap but who knows how long the VA will keep me waiting on it. I was going to ask you, I've had an MRI before and the first one kinda freaked me the second I took a zanax. Does your head go into the tube also and for how long. I told them I was going to take one this time and they said fine just bring it and take it right before I start. I get claustrophobic.

If I remember correctly no. I think it's a scanning head. Could be wrong though. Mike will know for sure as his was more recent.
It be quite hot today! OY.....just walking to the car from Mass then into the store and back out again, this gal had a shine on her brow! Temps are 89 feeling like 98.......car read 106
