Hopefully this is allowed here. The complaint is pretty old and started back on May 17th 2017. I've given the company plenty of time to redeem themselves.

I purchased about 70 dollars worth of CrownClouds liquid because of good reviews of their orangesickle type flavors. The package was delivered without contents with obvious damage which I sent them a picture of even with a USPS sticker attached to the package reading that the package was received by one of the post offices along the trip without contents.

I got a response on May 19th that they opened an investigation for the insurance claim then radio silence since. I have been sending monthly inquires about the status of the issue and no responses, even tried a pair of pms to their reddit account to no avail.

We all know a proper company would have shipped a replacement package no questions asked even without picture evidence.​
