Hi and welcome to the board. No idea at all about your question. Last time I was in Panama, nobody ever heard of an ecig. Hopefully somebody who knows will be along shortly. Habla Espanol? You might find something in the foreign language forums...

Nothing specific to Panama and airport rules, but one thing that's pretty universal is batteries, in or our of mods must be in your carry on, not checked baggage. Loose batteries should be properly stored in plastic battery boxes or silicone sleeves to avoid any risk of a short while bouncing around in your carry on.

Good day Sirs. I would like to ask a question about the airport in Panama. Anyone had been there? Im travelling with my e cig with me. Should I put in the baggage or put it in my carry on? Is there a chance that the airport authorities will confiscate my E-cig? Hope for your reply. Thank you in advance.
Welcome and glad you joined.
I would follow the USA regs. if you get no definitive feed back about Panama, bound to be similar if they have vape equip. rules.
