Don't know much about internal battery mods as I never use them, but why do you want internal? Just curious
Its for my wife who does not want to mess with battery/ charger. She is very picky

I've found Innokin Products to be of excellent quality. Maybe priced a little higher but very high quality and durable.

Look at the eLeaf Aster 22 as it is around $40 and comes with a tank. 4400 mAh built in battery and does TC wonderfully with the Melo 22 Tank. Might be a little hefty for the lady but is very ergonomic in my opinion.
Don't have one so I could not say but has a 22mm diameter restriction.
I tried an Atlantis V2 to see and no go because of that stupid snap ring added to it. I would have to go out in the garage for an side micrometer to measure it more precisely!

Turns out that it will fit my Zephyrus 2. I double checked and my Zephyrus is 22mm and has no protruding edges so it should fit.

Great internal battery mod, equal or better than Coolfire and MVP4.
I do consider the Smok R80 (dual internal battery) to be (technically speaking) an engineering masterpiece, with a 100% design factor (i.e., all internals can bear double the power they are used at); it is out of production now, but if you can find some, it will surely be a great deal for you.

It just arrived and works perfectly with my favorite Atomizer the Zephyrus V2.
I think it's going to replace my other devices. I really like the low height. It will be interesting how long the battery lasts but I'm anticipating around 2 days. In my experience the units with integrated batteries are much more efficient because they can fine tune the circuitry to match the battery. Let's see.
You can vape on it while it's charging which is a big plus.
