After checking out the ZNA I find a cannot fathom such an expensive device that is not mechanical and therefore can fail at any point and inevitably will at some point. My practical side and tight budget won't let me go there. But thanks for the recommendation!
Everyone has been so very helpful...thank you all for your time and suggestions! If anyone comes across something along the lines of the ZNA or the Sidewinder House of Hybrids has that does an 18650 battery, but without the highest price tag I'd love to hear about it, as I have lots of 18650s...
My ceiling is about $180 right now for a mod. But may have to do some more saving for the right one. Some of the pipe mods look promising with perhaps a long drip tip from House of Hybrids so my arm can be at rest while holding it, as my issue is a whole arms, hands, nerve damage thing that...
Yep all of what you listed is it but with the button being best for ergonomic thumb placement while you grip the mod in your fist. The REO config would work but the square edged sides of box type mods would not. Which is why so far a vmod with rounded edges has been the best. It's just not...
Thank you KaiserSose for the heads up on the paps and maraxus. Your Tesla sounds really good I'm gonna go Google it now. Your experience is greatly appreciated !:)
I'm overwhelmed with questions for the many suggestions you've all shared but can't write them all as I wish I could in a timely manner. So please keep making any experienced suggestions and I'll reply as I'm able. This is the most difficult and expensive of decisionsII've been faced with...
Thanks ryedan, I did try the palm firing for that mod as you mentioned and it was only slightly better. I'm seeing some more great suggestions of devices I've not heard of yet so I'm on my way with all this help...I LOVE IT!!!
Thank you creepylady and others! Reo info much appreciated. The most comfortable device so for I've used was a Vapage vmod BF, but hasn't lasted. I'm not into building coils because of limitations so rely on PT 1.8 coils in various toppers they fit. As squonking was an issue I used these...
I would be grateful for anyone's experience with reliable, non-fiddley devices like mechanicals that are easiest on hand/finger strength for those with nerve damage, arthritis, etc.
The best for me were the automatics when I first started vaping, but I quickly grew out of the small batteries...
Notes to self
Yes, that could work...be careful though. I'd recommend giving that magnet a wrap with electrical tape (so the outside edges can't touch the side of the mod if it gets loose and moves) and then trimming so the top and bottom of the magnet are bare.
After posting I did look up the vendor and don't see them listed on ECF. I'll try googling the batteries to see what the authentic ones look like to compare. Beyond that I have seen posts with the KTS firing button issue and suggested possible fixes. I believe the issue could be with that but...
