    One Stop Flavor Percentages?

I like my flavor strong. I vape 100% PG, so 12% is good, before I started having allergic reactions to VG, the more VG in the mix the higher % of flavor needed. I've been mixing my own juice for over 6 years, and still when I mix, I taste test and adjust as I go...

DIY Mod Is This Even Safe

so, what's your point on buying a squonker? If not for safety, why ask him spend money, and not help him learn. To me, your itching to put people down, no constructiveness... facebook is a far better medium for that.

DIY Mod Is This Even Safe

Just because a mod is pre made does not mean automatic safety. A couple years back, I saw a OWL bottom feeder that was stopped from going sonic because the swelling battery was pulled at the last second... That was a commercially built, unregulated, non fused bomb waiting to happen for under...

DIY Mod Is This Even Safe

Good luck with the build RISK. I'm astounded at this thread. I feel bad the treatment you have endured here... this USED to be a wonderful place to learn, not the mean spirited back biting, name calling place that it had evolved to. I for one am done. I'm removing my book mark to this site...

    A little help?

it's a great tool. And when you install, it gives you lots of recipes for different flavors that are easily adjusted to make them fit you. I've used it for close 4 years... I don't mix without it in front of me... I haven't bothered looking at other tools... why mess with a excellent tool

    Mike n Tibs DNA Mods!

I have had good success by wrapping the body in a heavy rag, place that in a vice, then carefully wrap the cap with a rag and lock vice grips on it. You can now rock in the direction of the vice jaws without buggering up.

    vamo v5 mounting idea

because of the width of the wood, probably the factory buttons would not work, but anything long enough to act as a plunger would work... I utilized screws cut off to length...

Is a Completely Lexan Box A Bad Idea?

SCIGRIP 4 10308 Acrylic Solvent Cement, Water-thin, 1/4 Pint Can with Screw-on Cap, Clear: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific works well with lexan. I have a friend that gave me scrap from his work, 3 4x3 foot sheets. I've built a few mods with it, and they are holding up well. My daily...

show off your mech! homebuilt mods only!

Thanks, I agree on watage.. I rarely go over 5 volts, but, I was speaking to a very good friend yesterday, and his take on it is that the dna gives a smother vape... I'm still happy with what I'm using... This box still isn't what I want, but getting closer.. there is a big learning curve...

show off your mech! homebuilt mods only!

I saw a acrylic mod someone built a few weeks ago and loved it, so I had to give it a shot! I've learned acrylic is interesting to work with... especially gluing it (welding). I built a Vamo acrylic mod. This is my second version, first was a lot bigger, I really am enjoying the size... 3 1/4...

    a little thin pocket mod

Thanks asdaq it is 2 1/2 in wide, 9/16 thick and 3 9/16th tall, (63.5mm x 14.2mm x 90.24mm) it has no curvature like a flask, but reminds me of one as well. I've stared at flasks several times trying to figure out how to get a mod in one

3.7v step up with a digital pot????

Twisted, are you saying that unless a person is a certified electrician they should not consider learning everything they can about building a mod before they just dig in? I did not realize this was a forum restricted to electricians and that people eager to learn to pursue their love for...
