Take it apart, put it in a ultrasonic bath once a month. In between baths, can use sunshine cloth to wipe the exterior and interior (but not the contacts) and/or use Capecod cloths. As far as the silver-plated contacts, you can use a cloth specifically made for silver-plated jewelry to buff it...
