Hey all! Haven't been on ECF much, been on FB more lately. Love my P67 and glad you're all still on the forums! Two of my favorite mods in the whole world!
Finally picked up a Proxxon MF 70 and all the doo-hickies I need. The 3d printed box mod was a bust. I currently have been working on this Floris Delfino enclosure I got the Orca DNA 75. I'm also doing a little something to a REO Grand I can't wait to show you guys.
For now I have installed a...
They go for like $30 nowadays, sometimes even $20 for a regular dripbox. They're pretty awesome. Also the Kanger Dripbox 160 goes for like $50 shipped in a lot of places. Both use this extremely innovative design.
I hope to be able to offer some insight soon. I hope to be able to live up to Corey, turbos, and Capt Steve's legacies.
Working on a DNA 75 and SX 350J project right now. This time they'll get completed.

Thanks for the info, I'm trying to plan out an artisinal mod, and have been looking into 14g fine silver solid wire now 99.99% silver vs sterling silver. The stuff I'm seeing seems to be extremely malleable. Which is to my point of how malleable is too malleable for a solid wire run.
Do you...
Shut up and take my money, does it include the silver negative upgrade I'm seeing too? if no then how much? Much love dude, I finally mastered your CC and building it correctly. It's amazing, still gotta get some shots for you.
So new 510s eh? How much do these kits cost? I'm reading the massive backlog that has accrued, as last semester with school (homework) and work was killing me with a secret software release that wasn't on the roadmap.
Planning a squonker box and I posted this question in the BF sub-forum.
I want to make my positive and negative wiring super clean and with the least amount of resistance while being safe. I've been seeing what I call "hard lines" going to the fire button, mosfet, or regulated chip. Are there...
I have a very strong dislike for the stock dripbox RDA, and actually that strong dislike is a hate. Like PBusardo mentioned the thing spits out the airholes and will hit you in the cheek. Switching to a Derringer was 100x better than using the stock. I just keep the stock for looks or emergencies.
Hello fellow modders, I want to make my positive and negative wiring super clean and with the least amount of resistance while being safe. I've been seeing what I call "hard lines" going to the fire button, mosfet, or regulated chip. Are there any tutorials on how to do this and what the...
If you take off your RDA from the top of the dripbox, then take off the bottle and press the nipple gently upwards, then re-seat the RDA and screw down, you'll make contact with just about any atomizer.
Yeah trig identities are tough, having to go back to school after my BS in Computer Animation as the job want's me to get more formal training. So since I went to private school (credits do not xfer), had to go back to my public school AA to get started for the CE/CS double major I'm doing. My...
So just got home a little bit ago from work and was able to do this real quickly with some Reo parts I had laying around. One time I accidentally ordered a 3.5ml bottle for a reo mini I believe. Looks like I can put it to work for now. Have a couple extre BeCU springs laying around, that'll...
Yeah I try to avoid that as much as possible, nowadays I'm typically in automation and user space so I'm not that low-level. I have done it recently for a class and would not want to deal with stepping through registers and watching memory locations. I work in virtualization, specifically...
Yeah I understand that concept since in another lifetime before I became a software engineer, I spent a lot of time and money learning cg technologies in the form of high/low poly surface modeling, technical animation, lighting, and rendering.
I have successfully reverse engineered 3d models...
Just wondering if the creator would release an OBJ, if not I mean if I really had to I can re-topo the triangles out, get poly quads, make the changes to the design that would fit the chip and re-release it.
From the import we did of the STL into SolidWorks it seemed plausible, only in the...
So my colleague printed up just the body for me, it took approximately 3 hrs @ 60% density for PLA Filament. He said he would print up another one, but I told him to hold off so that I can get the latest chip and start modifying the original files to the spec I want. Does anyone know if there is...
