The V5 telescopic flat top should have removable top cap. The menu is a bit different and there is always a battery indicator on the screen and a puff counter. If you find it at a good price go for it, I think is s bit nicer than V3. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

Thanks! It's nice and cheap, almost nothing to break or go wrong and very satisfying. Very easy to maintain (dry burning and changing the wik takes a minute). I'm sure it won't be the last hardware I buy, but gives me a standard to judge other equipemt and helped me to find what I like. Hope...

Sorry mate, I don't have any Odysseus. I only have an Igo L and an AGI tank now, and I don't think I need anything else at the moment, if i'll buy another atty it will be only for estetic reasons :) Igo L is very cheap, not difficult to setup (drilled post would make it better, but not by much)...

JHf, I think your coils are too big. if you have 1.4 ohm with dual coils, this means 2 2.8 ohm coils. With 28 wire gauge, this is about 12 inches of wire... way too much. If you want to keep your total resistence to 1.4 ohm maybe you can try with thinner wire (32 gauge)?

Maybe you can start with a rebuildable dripper, they are the easiest to setup. A microcoil with with cotton wick will give you very good flavour, th and vapor, and you won't have to deal with shorts, hotspots, dry hits. This way you can play with various wire gauges, coil resistance etc tuning...

Geckgo, maybe you could use a star washer instead of a flat one? It will make the atty pretty snug against the topcap, also will allow airflow and maybe it will look pretty cool. And you can use it with various toppers. Not all the attys screw the same into the mods, some will sit higher...

I had a Zmax v3 with the removable topcap, like the V5. When using an Igo L on top of it, there would be a space between the atty and the topcap. So I unscreweed a bit the topcap, until it made firm contact with the atty base. It leaves a small gap between the body and topcap, but the atty sits...
