This is correct. I buy 100mg/ml nic, try the mail, is no problem at all. Add far as sending it in the mail the only thing they want to know is if it's flammable, liquid, etc try want to put a extra sticker on the box at the post office, I and juice quite often, never had a problem. Leaky bottles...

I totally agree with man00ver, bull city and elr for sure. I get vf by the gallon with one shipping for 25 bucks on Amazon and nudenic for nic. I recommend finding a few recipes you might like and ordering the ingredients for them, try a couple different people's recipes and if you like one...
