Well, I have one with a ceramic finish and the satin finish but they are only 5 and 4 months old respectively. They both get regular use and are holding up well but I prefer how the satin finish feels over the ceramic. I also like that there is a sheen to the satin but it's not a fingerprint...

The only issue I ever had with the SID was a finicky button which started occurring about a month after I got it. Sometimes it would fire, other times go into the menu. That sealed the deal for me and now it's just a pretty paperweight. I know when I researched the SID, not all 18650's were...
