    Deeming Regulations have been released!!!!

There are reasons I drove those kinds of distances in my younger years, but they usually involved wanting to, uhm, get together with a member of the fairer sex who was temporarily away, not for some nicotine product!

What's up with Illumn's Molicel P45B batteries? Q for Mooch

I believe ratings are require by US shipping regulations for cells and since the cells don't have 'em from the manufacturer, they have to be put on by the seller in order to be in compliance with regulations. -Uwe-

    "Dad Jokes"

When I was a kid, we played spin the bottle with the girls. If they didn’t want to kiss you; they would have to give you a dollar.

    Are you done stocking up?

So a few days ago, I opened my last bottle of ready-to-vape unflavored 12mg 65/35. That means it's time to mix more. I haven't been spending that much time up north here, so it's been about a year and a half since I last mixed a batch here. Opened the nic freezer. Wow, there's still...

    Profiling

Everyone remember a few years ago, when ya couldn't get a haircut anywhere? My hair was getting out of control, so I asked my daughter, "Hey could you please cut my hair"? She'd never cut hair before, but she's a "Challenge accepted" kind of gal and has been doing it for me ever since:

    The Death of 510

Yep, my cig habit cost me over $4000 the last year I had it (2013) and I'm sure cigs haven't gotten any less expensive since them. I doubt I saved any money vaping the first few years because I like nice gear, but my spending fell off a cliff thereafter.

How long does 4 100ml bottles last you?

Does your country's implementation of the TPD make it illegal for individuals to possess liquid in bottles bigger than 10ml? I thought that nonsense only affected products that were offered in commerce...?

    The Death of 510

If it were me, I would always keep two on hand, and buy another when the first one is empty. ;) Then there's the cost. I go through about $60-$75 worth of consumables per year. Nic, PG, VG, flavoring, and batts. I don't know how much disposables cost, but I figure it's got to be at...

Are any affordable 4.35v batteries still available?

That's because they can specify ground shipping to Canada. Air-shipping of batteries gets real complicated, if it can be done at all, and nobody would want to wait for a package to get to the antipodes by boat these days anyway.

UK - Disposable vapes are set to be banned as part of plans to tackle the rising number of young people taking up vaping

I've never used a disposable, yet I strongly disagree with this. Reducing the choice of products people have is never a good thing.

Are any affordable 4.35v batteries still available?

I have at times contemplated charging my 4.2V batteries to only 4.1V to extend their life, but with good batteries costing ~$5 each and each set lasting me several years, I don't see any point in doing that.

    The Death of 510

I wasn't as set in my ways yet at that point; just hit 10 years last month, so I was still looking for the "perfect" vape for me. But it didn't take all that long for me to conclude that if it was better at all, it wasn't worth the trade-offs.

    The Death of 510

I must admit I had a brief flirtation with titanium on TC back in the early DNA40 days. But I gave up on it because it was a annoyingly difficult to get a coil clean for re-use, and besides, electronics are just needless complication that's prone to failure.

I don't think so. Kanthal just works. No muss, no fuss, and I often get over a year out of a coil. I didn't think I was buying a lifetime's worth of wire when I bought wire all those years ago, but I'm confident what I have will last me "forever".
