Moved from cartomizer tank forum to accessories discussion forum I think the Triton uses a standard 510 drip tip, so any 510 Pyrex drip tip should work. There are many vendors that sell them in a wide variety of styles, if you Google for "pyrex drip tip" you'll get hits for a bunch of options

If you're just wanting something for the drip tip end, then a PVC Y-adapter and some tubing should work. 10mm internal diameter tubing should fit around the top of a standard 510 atomizer IIRC

Moved to Clearomizers forum since the atomizer in question is a clearomizer. One thing you could try is sticking it in the freezer for just a couple minutes, then try again to unscrew it. If your device has a removable battery you should probably take that out first
