Some folks find Ethyl Maltol unpleasant. It could be that.
I vape a lot of unflavored (VG, 1% distilled water, nic) and find a pretty big variation from one VG source to another. So, it defintely could be the VG. But, nailing down the common source could prove difficult; unless, all the...
You need to include voltage sag if you are trying to get similar performance to 100W on a regulated mod. After sag, at high current, you'll get a 3.8V to 3.2V slide.
I'd build to .13 ohm. That will give you a 110W to 80W slide with 70% of the vape time between 90W and 100W.
I like low mass...
I didn't like the way FF handled or wicked. The short matted fibers that the sheets are made of hold liquid, but don't give it the multi-lane highway that a wick of long parallel fibers provides. But, it's worth a try and may suit your needs.
I prefer it, but like any RDA finding the sweet spot for optimal coil position can take a few tries. In general, I find bottom air to be much more forgiving. I get best flavor with large diameter spaced coils (4mm-5mm), but it's easiest to start with something smaller, 3mm to 3.5mm.
I got some Tencel Top in this morning. It will be the 5th rayon source I've tried. So far, testing shows some promise. It just may TOP Graham's & Delco balls. I still need to try the large or xtra large TiDi balls some time.
But she also ruled the ability to argue for zero nicotine eLiquid and the equipment used to vape it has not been "made ripe" since no enforcement against it, for being sold as an unapproved tobacco product, has taken place.
As soon as they try to bring open system hardware into the fold, the...
I reason, the reason the FDA is not enforcing the 8/16 freeze on hardware sold without nicotine containing liquid, it opens them up to having to defend in court that zero nicotine vaping is tobacco use.
I could see them coming down on liquids first to test the waters.
Heads up on a squeeze if the budget shortfall legislation passes today.
$2B gap. $1.3B to be made up by borrowing against future Tobacco Master Settlement payments. The state will definitely step up their efforts to keep folks smoking...
As a PA vaper I would prefer the per ml tax on nicotine containing eliquid to the current excise tax. Shops will adjust and find the revenue stream. I am also uncomfortable with the DoR implementation of the law that was passed compared to what the law states. Under the current law, tap water...
The TCA states that it covers anything made or derived from tobacco.
The deeming did included your nicotine lemonade in the "novel" tobacco products section. It was mainly concerned with lolly-pops and lozengers, but drinks containing nicotine were on the radar. The novel products sections...
You could add an acid and turn it into nic salts to reduce the harshness. Hopefully, someone can chime in with the type, concentration, and amount to add.
My favorite part so far, page 5
"However, the FDA has plainly stated that the rule does not cover e- liquids that do not contain, or are not derived from, nicotine or tobacco, unless those liquids are reasonably intended to be used with nicotine-containing liquids."
But then the next...
Delaware enacted a $.05 per ml tax on eliquids containing nicotine and will require retailers to be licensed. It goes into effect 1/1/18.

If there is a space of no movement near the coil. In the initial moments of firing, there could be oxygen present, and no aldehydes produced. But, that oxygen reacts quickly. If there is a dead air space while drawing, a space near a portion of the coil could become void of oxygen as what...
What was the draw pressure? CE4s have pretty low air flow.
It's the oxygen concentration directly surrounding the coils. A short distance away conditions are cool enough, neither reaction will occur. At different draw pressures eddy currents can set up dead air spaces in different locations...
