Yeah, most spring loaded BF 510s leak. I'd rather see a threaded adjustable like the original CV. That said, we still don't know if it's a leaker. Depends on the internal design and tolerances.
I bought a Mulciber thinking it would be ideal for vertical builds. It is. Dead center 4.5 mm coil, dual AFC ring, squonks directly into the center of the wick. Very happy and sticking with vertical for this one. :)
Sympathies to all those with a leaky 510s. Mine was a leaker from the start. I've taken the mod apart and, because of very limited space around a proprietary 510, I have decided trying to adapt a different 510 is not a good use of my time.

Been there. Hey, if you like the mod enough to put in the time, it's totally worth is. It's weird, but sometimes I'm happier with a customized cheap mod than one I've made from scratch. Less critical about it, I think.
