Not full keto, but unfortunately gluten free since last April. The 90 second keto bread recipe is a joke, more like a stupid almond puck. Yuck! And yet I still make one once in a while... Only managed to find edible gluten free bread from 2 restaurants, one that is very expensive so can't go...

It's been a mixed bag this last year. Some days, like today, I'm ok. Other times, not so much. My brain thinks too much.
