    Mech Mod Safety

Beats the hell out of me, I’ve used Sony VTC 4,5,6 with the same build for almost 3 years now...and trust me it’s below .10 no fatalities yet. But yes I do change my batteries every 3 months or so. Since I’m just beating them up so badly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Mech Mod Safety

All I see is a waste of time with those, the usable range of those fuses would be such high resistance that the very point of having a mech is void ab initio. I’m happy without any safety and subohming my cells to hell. To be frank, batteries don’t just vent out of nowhere. It takes some...

    Mech Mod Safety

So how does it work? Too low voltage and auto cut off or too much over draw and auto cut off? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Slow start up

If it’s an 18650, there is no such thing as a 30A CDR cell so far. Always check CDR when choosing batteries for mechs and I’ll take Mooch’s word over the manufacturer as they put the pulse discharge on the wraps. As for voltage, always calculate at 3.7 as the 4.2 will never reach the coils due...

    Mechanical Mod Maintenance & Tips

It's been a while since I posted anything here but thinking this might help I thought I'd share it here. You know how the tube get all scratched up and dirty and what a pain it can be to polish them out? Right, my first thought was to get a special too which is made for that. But then I...

    Volt testers

Yeah, not exactly rocket saying to guess the voltage after you've been using mechs for some time. Usually I can tell when my cells goes down to 3.6 volts now. But like you said, would be wise to know how much the drop is when the vape starts to go wheezy. 2+2=5 [emoji102]

    Volt testers

You can always get rid of the resistance reading component and then it would be fine I think. But then again no point in ruining a working meter over another $5-7 for a new one eh [emoji23] 2+2=5 [emoji102]

    Volt testers

I use an inline meter by lightning vapes (if I recall right) had it for quite some time. Bought it with my first mech to check the voltage drop. That should work too 2+2=5 [emoji102]

    Questions regarding first mech mod

Quick question, which side does a battery usually vent from? Positive or does it just tear down from below? Asking because all the avid lyfe mods have the vent holes in the bottom of the mod towards the switch. I believe with those it would be safer even if a Wrap gets torn while inserting...

    uhhh, wut?

If someone spends that much time to do a 3D render it's gonna cost a bit of time and money. I'm guessing that's going to be a decent tank. 2+2=5 [emoji102]

    High End REGULATED MODS !

Preferably Stabilized Wood, dual Batteries. Right now the bugger has a ijoy lux 26650. So I don't think the size would be an issue but let's hold on the thought about that car battery for a Bit [emoji23] we'll go nuclear [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] 2+2=5 [emoji102]

    The Broadside

That's a great mod, one of my friends has had it for some time and uses on a daily basis. Last I met it was heavily patina'd but looked neat. Works like the day it came out of the box. [emoji106] 2+2=5 [emoji102]
