Yes, it is true. Mine had the same, a thicker #11 o-ring, but i changed all of them with the original o-rings (sxk prime with logos on the chimney and on the drip tip)

omg... it's not the top cap. .it is an o-ring from the deck.. the small one.. it is thicker than it should be so does not fully close the jfc.. so, when opened the top cap, the juice goes away..

i don't know, as i haven't the original, but, as the original o'rings fits perfectly on sxk, then the machining, the tolerance, must be more or less the same.. anway, on fasttech, on the sxk kf prime it is a discussion about the bad o'rings from the sxk and how well does this tank fits the...
