How does one go about getting that new spring that makes the original BB work better with the 14500 and give it more power?

I agree. I had a sluggish atty that would never heat well enough when I got my Ego and they sent me a replacement immediately that is still working well and I mailed the bad one back. No problems, no hassles. I was pleased with their service.

There truly isn't anything much negative to even say about the EGO. It's by far the best off the shelf e cig device ever thus far.

I think the warranty needs to be clarified here on the Ego. People keep saying it's 6 months. It's 6 months on the atty and THREE months on the battys NOT six.

They are, but they certainly don't work like a 14500. I have 2 14500 mods and the battery drops off by a volt or more every hour of steady vaping. Within 3 hours of steady vaping, a 14500 on a 510 is unvapable to me. With these battys on this unit, I can go all day and all night on ONE...
