Has anyone had dealings with this "new company" I placed an order over a week ago, status says shipped a day or two later, but no tracking nor replies from numerous emails to them?

Time to ask the experts........when I recharge my batteries ( LGHE4s) it seems that one shows a full charge , the other is drained? tried 2 different pairs and the same thing occurs........new batteries,and both pairs discharge equally in my Sig 150 so im inclined to think the istick is only...
