For ready made flavored liquid I find DIY Flavor Shack (ex. lemon poundcake & horchata) and Vapor Bomb (ex. caramel candy and coconut cream pie) the best/tastiest. I also like some flavors from V4L and Backwoods Brew (though not as much as the first 2 I mentioned).

I'm by no means an expert, but I've used cartos exclusively for the last 9 months or so. If I take care of it, a carto lasts me up to 5 days. If I don't suck them completely dry (always add a few drops after a short stint of vaping), then they tend to gum up (hard to draw on) rather than burn...
