I bought my mother an Ego One. I was impressed, and I vape at 80 watts. Neat little device. The tank it comes with does not need to be used on the battery it comes with. I know, Joyetech, noob gear, etc... Trust me, don't knock it till you try it.

Agree. If you have adequate wicking and airflow you can vape at higher watts. Cleaos have neither of those. People do rebuild coils with cotton, rayon, carpet, hair, etc... to improve wicking, which helps. My comfort zone ranges depending on the device. Ranges between 13 watts to over 100 watts.

Pressure differential created between your mouth and the atmosphere could be too high. You could compensate for this by opening the airflow control a bit until you get the results you desire. YMMV as usual.
