So I had the Tobeco super mini tank from years ago. I bought the Smok pro color kit but was going through coils for the big baby beast tank every 2 days. I decided to use Tobeco tank which was better but hard to draw. I then got the crown OG after debating between that and the Smok Prince. The...

I've been trying to wean myself off vaping nicotine for awhile now. I never smoked, and stupidly picked up vaping nicotine during college; now having been at it for about 7 years. I've been mostly trying this through trial and error with some light reading on the net for...
Good article. Definitely agree with the biological psychologist who says, "Should we really be that bothered about addiction in and of itself, if it doesn’t come with any other substantial harms?” said Munafo. “It’s at least a discussion we need to have." Amen.

I understand that nicotine can cause very specific changes to the fasciculus retroflexus in the brain. The studies I am talking about refer to it as brain damage, but I believe the term may be misleading as the "damage" it is referring to is actually receptor up-regulation. This would cause...

The last analog I had was on St. Patrick's Day @ 8:30 p.m. so I've been smoke free for 1 day and 22 hours which is the also the first time I gave the e-cig a real try.
Here's the strange thing. I have not picked up the e-cig either since last night at 10:00 p.m. so I've been 'off' the e-cig...
:QUIT OR STICK? / THAT IS THE QUESTION:
How Many of You Really Want to Quit Nic Altogether and
How Many of You Intend on Using Your E-Cig Indefinately?
Both my wife and I switched to e-cigs. We still have a few traditional cigs every now and then, but we are starting to feel withdrawal symptoms. I am getting enough nicotein, even a little too much at times from the e cig cause I vape too long. Anyone else experience this?
