Just got my e-cig, everything works great ,but not getting the excate buzz of a analog cigarette(i smoked newports 100's). The nicotine level I used was high, and i felt a buzz just wasn't the same. So, the cartridges/liquid comes in various nicotine levels. But what do the levels refer to? If I have cartridge or liquid that is listed as 18mg (the Johnson Creek "Medium" level), is that 18mg per cartridge? per puff? per bottle?
