kanger t3 problem

First and foremost- Ive been around the site a while just new to posting. Hopefully I put this thread in the correct location. If I put this in the wrong spot, I'm sorry. And I tried to find adequate information from other posts but was unable to do so. So decided to post a new thread. Ok...
