I thought it was Absolutely e-cigs but I noticed they weren't listing the m403 and on googling it I saw an advert where they were called V9-A (m401), V9-B (m402), V9-C (m403) and Ruyan was mentioned.

Ok from what I have found thus far and please correct me if Im wrong... but the only real diff. between the M401, M402 & M403 are the size of the battery offered... from what I have been told or read anyway all the Atomizers and Carts of these series are interchangable... Is it really only a...
